Starting $100/hour

Expert guidance for homeowners, designers, and architects working with historic properties. Services include preservation planning, period-appropriate material and finishes selection, documentation, and assistance navigating local preservation guidelines.

Starting $75/hour

Full-service interior design for timeless, layered spaces that reflect each home’s architecture and the client’s personal style. Services include space planning, furniture and textile selection, color palette development, finish selections, lighting consultation, and styling.

Room Refresh Package — Starting at $600 per room
A light update for existing spaces: mood board, layout suggestions, sourcing links, and styling tips to refresh the room’s look.

Full-Service Room Design — Starting at $1,200 per room
Comprehensive design package: concept development, selections, sourcing, ordering, and final styling.

Design Consultation — $200 flat fee (2 hours, in-home or virtual)

Interior Design Services

Virtual Design

Starting $450/room

A flexible, affordable option for clients looking to design at their own pace or who are located outside Charleston or St. Louis. Includes mood board, space plan, sourcing links, and a styling guide to help bring your vision to life.

Contract Work

$40-50 Hourly or $150-200 Floor Plan/Per Project

Professional CAD drafting services for interior designers and preservation specialists. Available services include floor plans, interior and exterior elevations, millwork details, and complete drawing sets.
